Shipping Information
Triangle Coatings offers various shipping methods for your convenience and cost effectiveness.

Bulk Shipments

We ship bulk shipments via common carrier (truck). They are shipped FOB from our manufacturing facility.

Standard Shipping

Standard size shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx.

SHIPPING RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Please note the carrier charges the following fees:

Hazardous Materials Fee charged by the carrier:
UPS Ground Charge: $17.00 per package
UPS Air Charge: $27.00 per package
FedEx: $40.00 per package

Other Fees:
UPS COD Charge: $6.00 per package
Triangle Package Handling Charge: $4.95 per order

Returned Goods:

No merchandise may be returned to us for any reason without authorization. When shipments are incorrect or damaged due to our mistake and returned with our consent, we will pay freight and credit the full amount to the invoiced cost of goods.

Goods returned for any other reason will be credited FOB shipping point, less a handling/restocking charge of not less than 25%. Materials older that one year from date of manufacture and special batches are not returnable.

Damaged Goods & Shortages:

All goods are delivered to carrier agent in good condition and are signed for as such. If a shipment is received by the buyer in damaged condition, the buyer must have the carrier’s agent make the proper notation on the freight bill of lading. This will enable the buyer and/or Triangle to file and collect the claim from the carrier company.

Shortages or errors in invoicing must be reported to Customer Service as soon as received in order to secure proper adjustment.
